Updated: August 8, 2012

The Early police officer who was fired at during the RV park shooting two weeks ago  is not back to work yet. The officer was shot at several times before he fired back. Another man who lived nearby fired at the shooter, helping save the officer's life.
We spoke with the Early police department today, and they said officer Steven Means will be back to work this week, and will undergo counseling, as well as a shooting review within the police department.
