The Campbell family of Brown County returns for another season of "American Hoggers" on the A&E Network August 15th.

Back to back episodes will be shown at 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., as A&E documents the Campbells' adventures as they struggle to rescue Texas residents and ranches across the state from wild boars.

The father, legendary hog hunter Jerry Campbell, and his grown children, level headed son Robert and "firecracker" daughter Krystal along with family friend Lea work together in the battle. They respond to those in need of their help by hunting on horseback, using highly trained dogs and use some "good old fashion know-how" to help rid property of the destructive animals.

The show was summed up in a press release by A&E:

"In the first episode of season two, when a local rancher starts losing goats to a giant one-eared hog, he called the Campbells for help. However, after 55 years of hogging, Jerry Campbell may have finally met his match. While Robert, Krystal, and Lea hunt for the one-eared hog on horseback, Jerry's stubbornness mixed with some tough terrain causes him to roll his Jeep. The team re-groups that night and Jerry announces it's time for him to hang up his spurs - and he wants his son Robert to take over, which does not sit well with Krystal."

"American Hoggers" is produced by Thom Beers' Original Productions, a Fremantle Media Company for A&E.

For Original Productions, executive producers are Thom Beers, Phillip D. Segal and Jeff Conroy. Brent Henderson is the series producer. A&E executive producers are David McKillop, Elaine Frontain Bryant and Lily Neumeyer.
