Cowgirls Receive Votes In Preseason Volleyball Poll

ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team received votes and was just outside the top 25 in the preseason American Volleyball Coaches Association poll that was released on Wednesday.
The Cowgirls received 15 votes in the poll and it marks the first time the Cowgirls have received votes in the poll.
HSU went 29-6 a year ago, won its second straight American Southwest Conference title and played in the NCAA Tournament for the third time.
The Cowgirls begin practice on Monday and will return five starters and 10 lettermen from last year's squad.
