Another Abilene nurse has been arrested in connection to a death at Abilene's State Supported Living Center.
Janice Sullivan was arrested Thursday and charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide.
According to court documents, Sullivan and Deborah Ann Gant were caring for Mario Martinez when he started experiencing medical difficulties and they failed to call for help.
That was back in 2009 while they were employed at the state school.
Gant was arrested earlier this year on the same charge.
