School is less than a week away and one of the most important parts of
preparing your student is making sure they have a healthy lunch in tow.
Tiffany with Abilene Dental explains how your kid's snacks can effect their teeth "One of the coolest things now is that everything comes in packages. Just like the candy bars and the rice crispy treat used to come, you've got carrot sticks and ranch dip that you can get prepackaged and throw into your kids lunch.", explains Tiffany.
She adds, "I know kids don't necessarily want to drink a lot of water but now you can add flavor packages to them."
