Chris Cummings says, "We see so many times people have old cabinets that are old, stained, varnished, look ugly and for years we have had to sand them prime them and paint them. Insl-x came out with a product that has a water base coating. So when it is water base we have no smell, we have soap and water clean up, we have no yellowing, but the coolest thing is this is put on no primer necessary. Lightly sand it and it's water base so we think oh we can't put latex over oil, Oh yes we can with this stuff."
He adds, "There is no reason you can't get ten years out of a paint job if you take care of it."
