Abilene Business Owner Arrested After Fleeing Sexual Assault Allegations

Hector Gloria of Gloria Roofing was arrested in Edinburg in south Texas after he could not be found when a child came forward with allegations of rape that happened in 2008. Since those allegations were made, another victim said she was assaulted by Gloria over a span of months beginning in June of 2011 and lasting till January of 2012. A third victim, who is now an adult, said she was afraid and ashamed to speak up when she was assaulted by Gloria when she was 7 years old in 1993. After she saw other victims come forward she decided to tell police about her ordeal. Gloria was arrested last week and is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of child and one count of continuous sexual assault of a child. His bonds total over $200,000.
