Get your shopping shoes ready!  The Peddler Show is coming to town this weekend. This year 54 vendors from across Texas and even some from outside of the Lonestar state will be on hand to show off their unique goods at the Abilene Civic Center.

"You can find a little bit of everything," says Emily Sutton, representative from The Peddler Show, "it's a very unique shopping experience."

Indeed, from clothing to jewelry and even home and holiday decor, there seems to be an endless selection of goodies waiting for the shopper patient enough to search them out among the dozens of participating vendors. And according to Sutton, the event isn't just for women.

"Guys are very skeptical to come out there but there is lots of food to taste," adds Sutton.

With the large variety of vendors, you're sure to find something for every member of your family or even get a head start on your holiday shopping list.

"You get to know the vendors," says Sutton, "they like to tell their crazy traveling stories, how they came, and all that kind of stuff."

For those on a tight budget, Sutton says there are vendors at every price range, from affordable to higher quality.
