Updated: September 20, 2012
Not a great day for the driver of a cement truck who lost control his vehicle, totaling the truck and losing all of the cement inside.

The accident happened just before noon on FM 707 near Anson.

The driver did not get hurt and police say he refused medical treatment.

Police say the man was traveling too fast around a curb when the axel of his vehicle gave way, causing him to lose control and veer off into a ditch.

According to the cement company, he was not supposed to be traveling on that road.
