Reminder: Medical Care Mission to Provide Free Flu Shots, Immunizations for Eligible Children

The Abilene Medical Care Mission will be providing free flu shots and child immunizations for eligible children up to age 18.

The Medical Care Mission is located on 1857 Pine Street and will provide the shots on October 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Parents must bring child immunization records and shots will only be provided for eligable children.

A child is considered qualified if he/she is an American Indian or Alaskan Native, has no insurance of has insurance that does not cover vaccine, or has Medicaid.
