Alliance for Women, Children to Honor Inspirational Citizens at Civic Center

The Alliance for Women and Children is hosting its tenth annual celebration to spotlight several people who have made an impact in the community for women and children.
From doctors, to cancer survivors, they hope to fill the room with inspiriaton.

" We are empowering moms to be able to go to work and ensuring that their kids are all taken care of, and that they are healthy and have dreams and their future to look forward to," states Toni Brown, speaking on behalf of the Alliance for Women and Children.
The luncheon will be at the Abilene Civic Center Thursday.
Tickets sold out fast for $300 per table and all proceeds benefitting their programs.
