The Eagles defense is not very big but they are more than getting the job done.

The Black Shirts have been very strong all season- That's kind of an understatement.

They are giving up just 200 yards a game and they have forced 12 turnovers.

"Yea, when we go out there we try not to pay attention to their size or anything, because we all know it has to do with the mind the mind and nothing to do with your body. We're all chasing for that ring, so we all do what we can." Says Senior Tyler Lackey.

"It's not what other people are doing or what they have, so we just dont really try to worry about size or talent or anything. We worry about what we can control and  go out there and try and win ballgames. Adds Senior Conlan Aguirre.

The Eagles renew an old district rivalry with San Angelo Central Friday night in San Angelo. Game time is 7:30 at San Angelo Stadium.
