Update: Another Arrest Made in Abilene Bank Robbery

There has been another arrest made in connection with the robbery of First Bank Texas that took place on September 27.

Police arrested a 16-year-old Monday morning in connection with the case.

No word yet on whether this is the same 16-year-old that was brought in for questioning.

More information will follow upon availability.

Original Story

Abilene police say charges are still pending for a juvenile they believe was involved in a local bank robbery.

Police say the 16-year-old had directly aided the crime and benefited from proceeds of the First Bank Texas robbery which occurred on September 27.

He, along with another suspect, were taken to the law enforcement center on Tuesday for questioning.

The juvenile was never arrested.
