Earlier in the week the Tigers made their debut in the top 25 of the Harris Ratings, and on Friday they looked to prove they belonged against the Tahoka Bulldogs on homecoming.

By the second quarter the Tigers led the Bulldogs 22-15, and they added to that lead with a big drive in the third quarter.

First it was a 25 yard pass from Jalen Garza to Tyler Jimenez. A little alter long runs by Garza and Mitchell Hudson would put the Tigers in scoring position.

A couple plays later Hudson would punch it in for a touchdown.

Anson would go on to stretch their lead in the game, and eventually improve their record to 6-0 with the 56-21 victory.
