City Says Recent Rains Won't Change Water Restrictions

By: Kristin Anderson
Updated: October 8, 2012
Though the lake levels have gone up, the city is still saying that watering restrictions won't change anytime soon.

The water at Lake Fort Phantom is still 10.2 feet below the spillway, which shows little change in the past week.

Officials say those levels mean they will stay at stage one of water restrictions, which limits watering to once a week.
