Chris was born in Savannah, GA, preceded to move to suburbs of Los Angeles, CA when he was 2, then moved to Cranford, NJ when he was 10. He received his Bachelor of Science in Meteorology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.While at Rutgers University, he interned with the weather departments of WABC-TV in the Summer of 2010, News 12 New Jersey in the Summer of 2011, and WCBS-TV in the Spring of 2012. Furthermore, he was involved with WeatherWatcher, the Rutgers student-run program where students forecasted and presented their forecasts on the Rutgers television station.
All of these experiences had him set on becoming a broadcast meteorologist. He is incredibly excited to begin his career with KRBC and experience all of the weather, food, and company that Abilene has to offer!
Chris loves to try anything new, however he has an affinity for baseball, golfing, bowling, sailing, skiing and really anything that can keep him busy. He will miss the New Jersey chapter of his life but is eager to live the Big Country life!
