Man Shot by Officers, Toxicology Results In

The full autopsy and toxicology reports for the Abilene man police shot and killed in early August were released late Tuesday.

In the report, 49-year-old Miguel Martinez is said to have had alcohol, cocaine and other drugs in his system.
 
It also reveals Martinez was shot several times from a distance, in the chest, the back, thighs and legs.

Martinez was shot and killed by two Abilene police officers on August 8 when officials say he pointed a loaded gun at them as they responded to a call.
