KRBC PM Forecast: Thursday, October 11, 2012

By: Randy Turner
Updated: October 11, 2012

Moisture from the Gulf of Mexico will continue to reside across the Big Country through Saturday, leading to warm and humid days with gusty wind.  Highs easily back into the low to mid 80's on Friday, in spite of considerable cloud cover.   We're waiting on an upper level low to influence our weather this weekend.  While the low will pass well to the northwest of our area, it will send a Pacific cold front through our area late Saturday and Saturday night, which will be our prime time for rain and thunderstorms.  A slight chance for rain will remain on Sunday, otherwise it looks like dry weather returns Monday.  Temperatures will remain warm through Tuesday then turn cooler by the end of last week.
