Cooler air in the Central Plains Tuesday night will find its way into the Big Country Wednesday, arriving in the northern counties at mid morning, arriving in Abilene by noon or early afternoon, and arriving in Brownwood by 3pm.

No rain will be associated with the front, even clouds will be hard to come by.  But gusty wind will continue to be an issue Wednesday, just as it was Tuesday.

Highs on Wednesday should reach the low to middle 80's, then begin a slow but steady fall through the afternoon.

By Thursday morning, expect lows in the mid to upper 40's, followed by sunny skies and 76 on Thursday.  Thursday night, look for a low near 48 and Friday's high near 82.

Sunny and dry weather will be joined by a warming trend into the weekend with highs Saturday and Sunday ranging from 84 to 89 degrees.

Our next chance for rain is slight at this time and comes on Monday and Tuesday of next week.
