The Abilene Zoo is known to take it to the wild side and that's no exception when they host one of their biggest events of the year, Boo At The Zoo.

Thousands of people arrived last year, and is expected to be the same or more turn-out. This year expect activities, a treat trail and animals for showing.

Joy Sharp of Abilene Zoo stopped by KTAB 4u studios Wednesday and brought a long one of her creepy, crawly friends. Host Matthew Torres bravely holds a madagascar hissing cockroach. Let's say by the end, he may consider it a pet.
