While the nation deals with Super Storm Sandy, our weather in the Big Country is quiet, and will be all week.

Temperatures in the middle 40's early Tuesday morning will transition to highs in the upper 70's Monday afternoon.  Temperatures near 80 Wednesday will warm even more, into the low 80's, on Thursday and Friday.

An upper level low pressure trough is expected to form by the end of the week and that brings a slight chance for a few showers on Saturday but more likely rain and some thunderstorms Sunday and Sunday night, moving southeast of our area during the day Monday.
