Contest Creates Hair Raising Halloween Looks

When it comes to Halloween, it's all about the extravagance of the costume and make-up, but you can't forget about the hair.
The Cosmetology school at Cisco College, held a contest among their students to see their talent expressed more than just a hair-cut, but a creative look for Halloween.
The top winners take many shapes and form with looks inspired by "John Doe", "Hunger Games", pumpkins, and even the Day of the Dead.
The winners made its way to KTAB 4u studios during its Halloween episode. If this could be worn as part of a costume, there's no doubt that many would consider it an option.
