California Band Members' Trailer Flips near Merkel

Four people were taken to the hospital after a trailer flipped on Interstate 20 in Merkel just after noon Thursday.
The vehicle and trailer were heading east on I-20 when the right rear tire lost tread, lost control and came off the edge.
There were two people inside the trailer and four people taken to Hendrick Medical Center in all.
Their conditions aren't known at this point, but we do know that they're part of a rock band out of California.
Merkel police are continuing their investigation.
