Happy Election Day to all! We're looking at a perfect day to go to the polls with temperatures expected to be a few degrees warmer than they were yesterday with sunny skies.

Tonight the winds will be calm and skies will be clear which will allow our temperatures to dip down into the mid-40's for a chilly evening.

Tomorrow the sunny and warming trend continues with temperatures approaching 80 degrees under sunny skies.

The rest of the week daytime highs will hover right around the 80-degree mark and overnight lows will be right around the 60-degree line.

However this weekend, a few more clouds will build in and Sunday a cold front is expected to sweep through the area with a possibility of showers late on Sunday lingering into early Monday morning.

The high temperature on Sunday will be right around 70 and Monday it will dip down to near 60.
