Happy Election Day to all!

We're looking at a perfect day to go to the polls with temperatures expected to be a few degrees warmer than they were Monday with sunny skies.

Monday night, the winds will be calm and skies will be clear, which will allow our temperatures to dip down into the mid 40s for a chilly evening.

Wednesday, the sunny and warming trend continues with temperatures approaching 80 degrees under sunny skies.

For the rest of the week, daytime highs will hover right around the 80 degree mark, and overnight lows will be right around the 60 degree line.

However, this weekend a few more clouds will build up, and Sunday a cold front is expected to sweep through the area with a possibility of showers late Sunday lingering into early Monday morning.

The high temperature on Sunday will be right around 70 and Monday it will dip down to near 60.
