Offices arrested 20-year-old Joseph Fowler for being a minor in possession of alcoholic beverages.
That's only a class C misdemeanor, but it could be enough to violate the terms of his probation.
A district court judge last week sentenced Fowler to five years on probation for criminally negligent homicide.
Fowler was convicted of participating in a deadly game of Russian roulette that happened in January of last year at a mobile home on Arnold Boulevard.
The presiding judge told Fowler that it was a chance for him to improve his life.
