Updated: November 7, 2012
After years of construction cones on Cisco's main drag, construction finally wrapped up this week..

TxDOT recently finished the Conrad Hilton Boulevard reconstruction project in downtown, opening all of the roads to traffic Tuesday.

Residents tell us it's been a long and often delayed process, and they're glad to see the cones gone.

The construction on Interstate 20 up to Ranger Hill will also be completed this month.
