With the holidays around the corner, temperatures are expected to cool down. It's one thing to keep yourself bundled and the home warm, but don't forget about the well-being of your pets.

Dr. Janice Price of Windmill Animal Hospital stopped by Thursday to discuss the importance of watching over your pets during this time. She advices for any pets staying indoors or outdoors, to stay in proper temperatures and kept comfortable.

Improper temperatures can cause pets to be irritable, and in some severe cases, frost bites for pets outdoors.

Dr. Price said its simply caring for these animals, even if there are more social gatherings at the house.
