The Eagles head into the season finale on Friday night with seemingly nothing to play for.

They are already in the playoffs, and they have already clinched the outright District 2-5A championship. They are playing to keep their momentum. The Eagles are coming off an open date, and they need to play well this week to keeps things headed in the right direction heading to the playoffs.

"We just want to carry our momentum from what we've done already this season and we went into last week just trying to get better each and every day." says Senior Conlan Aguirre.

"We've got to go back and achieve that momentum we had rolling into the open week. We certainly don't want to go out there in front of our home fans and the last time for these Seniors at Shotwell and not play very well, so we will have to have our A game, there is no doubt." adds Head Coach Steve Warren.

"Rolling into this game and rolling in there and getting what we need to get done quick and fast will help us roll into the next game and the next game. That's really what you have to do going into the playoffs because one practice, one week off and you're done." says Senior Chantz Anderson.

The Eagles finish the regular season at Shotwell Stadium tomorrow night. They take on Midland High at 7:30.
