With the holidays fast approaching, many events are emerging for families to see in order to get into the spirit.

For Clyde High School, doing an annual production with lights, music, and costumes have been a great tradition led by its teacher who celebrates 25 years in the school, and the great volunteers who contribute their time and talent in making their shows a reality.

This year, the theatre department has dipped their feet in the water to do a live musical about the 1989 Disney classic, The Little Mermaid.

For six weeks, the actors find time in their schedule to memorize each line, choreography, and cues while the production crew use their skills to build the entire set, and its props.

Their hard-work will all pay off when Clyde High School presents The Little Mermaid this weekend, November 17 and 18.

Connect with them on Facebook at The Little Mermaid to find out more information!
