(KPRC) A Baytown, Texas mother and her family are seeking justice after a group of boys at Baytown Christian Academy were allegedly caught recording video under the skirts of female students.

The act is known as upskirting.

The victim said it happened in the school cafeteria when the boys called her to their table.

The girl said one of the boys had a phone taped to his foot with the record button on.

The three boys reportedly admitted to the upskirting and the school decided to expel them with the option to return next year.

However, according to the victim's family, the school board reversed that decision and allowed the boys to return if they apologized at a school assembly.
