The Bangs Dragons kept their hot streak going with a tough win Friday night over Breckenridge in the first round.

It was the Dragons defense that struck first in this one. On Breckenridge's first possession, a Pedro Ramirez pass was picked off by Matt Carter.

That would help set up a touchdown run by Cameron Deal.

The Dragons found themselves in scoring position after another Buckaroos turnover, but this time a stop on fourth down would give Breckenridge the ball back.

That allowed the Buckaroos offense to start moving the football. First with a long pass from Ramirez to Chris Madison. The drive would stall, but that pass helped flip the field position.

Breckenridge's next drive would not be stopped. Especially Austin Dooley, who broke several tackles on his way in to the endzone to tie the game up at seven.

Later in the game the Dragons would pull away from Breckenridge, and walk away from Bulldog Stadium with a 27-19 victory.
