The Ballinger Bearcats' season came to an end Friday night with a loss to Sonora.

A mistake by Sonora turned out to be a blessing for their first score. A mishandled pitch was eventually scooped up by Darien Lopez; he then took it 81 yards for Sonora's first touchdown of the game.

Ballinger would even the count at seven with a touchdown pass Anthony Rodriguez to Jacob Rodriguez. That would be the Bearcats only touchdown of the night.

Sonora on the other hand would put another 28 points on the board to secure a 35-10 win.
