Downtown Abilene has its fair share of shopping stores, restaurants, and entertainment. With the help of a new restaurant, the city is expected to get a fresh new vibe.

Abi-Haus has been the talk of the town as an eclectic and different change to the restaurant atmosphere. Just off North 2nd St, the restaurant have had several soft openings this week, but as of Friday, their now open to the public.

Owners Jimbo Jackson and Ryan Feerer stopped by at KTAB 4u just less than an hour away from their grand opening to discuss the restaurant's style, drinks, and food.

The owners say everything about the restaurant is unique and that the food is all homemade.

People have the option of sitting inside or outdoors in their patio seating, but whatever they order, it's certain that it's something they've never had in Abilene before.
