The Colorado City Wolves were able to hold on for a victory in a defensive struggle Saturday against Crane in the playoffs.

It would be the Wolves defense that would strike first. A pick by David Sanchez would set up his offense with good field position.

The Cranes would have their own response. Gunner Tatum would come up with a pick of a Mark Henderson pass to give the ball back to Crane.

The Colorado City defense would once again hold the Cranes.

Eventually it was the Wolves who found the endzone first. A pass from Henderson to Rylan Gardner would get Colorado City on the board, and a 7-0 lead.

The Wolves defense would continue to hold the Cranes and secure a shutout for Colorado City. Meanwhile, the offense was able to put up 13 more points and pick up a 20-0 win.

Up next for the Wolves will be a Sanford-Fritch team that's coming off a bye.
