"People go crazy , people go crazy," says Jerry Villa. "It's both, just the lines, the hassel. You'll always find deals throughout the year any how."

Stores like Best Buy are notorious for the long lines they draw on Black Friday.

"I would never go to Best Buy," explains Glenda Lynch. "I mean you gotta be brave to go there, the day after Thanksgiving."

For these consumers, electronics has a different name: Office Depot.

"I have been waiting to buy a printer for my iPhone and I found one today, a Canon, for $39.99," says Lynch.

But printers weren't the number one sellers.

"We are here looking for a laptop for my daughter. She's a senior and about to take a journey to college," says Villa.

Cameras were also a hot sell this year, this Canon was $100 off plus a free memory card.

But it wasn't all about the products to these customers, it was about getting a discount the right way.

"Came here and it's nice to just get in and out with what I needed to get," says Kathy Henry.

It's the feel Mr. Villa has been looking for.

"Well we finally got what we wanted. Because last night we struck out on everything we wanted. So yeah, I guess I can say this is the hidden jewel," says Villa.

Like most Black Friday shoppers, these consumers are leaving happy. This time without the wait.
