Dragons Blow By Idalou

The Dragons were able to move on in the playoffs with an impressive victory over 2010 state champion Idalou Friday night.
In the second quarter the Dragons led 10-6 when Clay Funderberg tipped a Seth Reagen pass. Andrew Quintana was then able to pick off the ball and give it to the Dragons offense.
J.T. Newton wasted little time finding pay dirt with a touchdown pass to Gabe Perez to give the Dragons a 17-6 lead.
Bangs would add another six points to secure a 23-6 victory, and move on to a match-up with Eastland next Friday night at Wylie's Bulldog Stadium.
