Chief Meteorologist / Anchor


Randy Turner serves as Chief Meteorologist and News Anchor on KRBC News weekdays at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Randy has been a resident of the Big Country all his life. His 33 year career has spanned both television and radio broadcasting.

Randy obtained his Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and was awarded the Seal of Approval by the American Meteorological Society.

Being a fan of cooler temperatures, Randy's favorite season is Autumn but says each season brings its own unique forecasting challenges.
