BBBS Announces Annual Fundraiser

By: BBBS Press Release
Updated: November 29, 2012
Big Brothers Big Sisters announces the annual Limited Edition Autobahn Raffle, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the one-to-one mentoring relationships serving the children of Abilene.

Once again, Autobahn Motorcar Group has donated a luxury vehicle for the local BBBS fundraiser, but not just any car. A 2012 Range Rover Evoque has been selected as the Grand Prize in celebration of the event's 14th Anniversary.

Tickets are on sale now. The drawing will be held Saturday, December 15 at Autobahn Motor Cars <http://www.shopautobahn.com/> in Fort Worth (but there is no need to be present to win - winners will be contacted.) Tickets will be available for sale through Friday, December 14.

Every five tickets sold in Abilene helps to support a mentoring relationship for an entire year in the Abilene community.

Only 4,000 tickets are available for sale, at $100 each. To purchase a ticket, visit www.bbbstx.org/raffle or contact Michelle Parrish at 325-674-3115 or mparrish@bbbstx.org.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a volunteer organization that provides children with support, guidance, friendship and fun by matching them with adult role models. Since 1979, BBBS Abilene has fulfilled their mission of enriching, encouraging and empowering children to reach their highest potential through safe, positive one-to-one mentoring relationships.

BBBS staff members are available for interviews and would love to visit with you about this local fundraiser. The winning ticket was sold in Abilene last year.
