More above average temperatures today as the month of November comes to a close. We should be dealing with mostly sunny skies and temperatures that peak in the mid 70's.

Tonight will be another comfortable one with winds holding steady and temperatures only dipping into the mid 50's.

As we turn the page on the calendar and head into December, it will sure not feel like December tomorrow. Temperatures should peak in the upper 70's and we may see some 80's pop up across the big country. Mostly sunny skies will dominate.

Sunday we will have more of the same, and all weekend long the winds will be gusting upwards of 30 mph.

Monday will be another warm one with similar temperatures and similar sky conditions.

Overnight into Tuesday though, we are watching a cold front which will drop the temperatures about 10 degrees and on Tuesday we will only peak in the upper 60's.

As we get into the middle of next week, temperatures will slowly begin to warm back up to the above normal numbers that we have been so used to lately.

The Storm Prediction Center has The Big Country in an area with a risk for a "non-severe" thunderstorms tonight. As far as numbers go, I'm going with a 30% chance across the area for showers/t'storms. Remember, some of these could pulse up and reach severe levels, with the greatest concerns being large hail and damaging winds. Tomorrow, we'll have a 20% chance for showers/t'storms, once again.
KTAB PM Forecast: Monday, May 13, 2013

It'll be breezy and sunny tomorrow, but we'll have some isolated showers and thunderstorms developing late tomorrow afternoon and overnight into Wednesday.  I'm forecasting a 30% chance for precipitation, but not expecting a widespread soaking rain event (unfortunately).  Highs tomorrow will be around 85, with southerly winds 10-15mph, gusting to 25mph at times.  We'll hold on to a 30% chance for precipitation on Wednesday and 20% for Thursday night. Temperatures will begin to climb, and we'll hit the 90-degree mark by Thursday or Friday.
