Man Charged After Stray Bullets Hit House

By: Victor Sotelo
Updated: December 4, 2012
A man who fired shots at a storage shed in his back yard and didn't think to look what was behind the shed has been arrested.

It was last March when West Callari and another man were shooting a hand gun at a backyard storage shed on the 5300 block of Pueblo.

It was about that time when an officer in the area heard the shots and a person living on South 7 called police saying three bullets entered his den where a 6-year-old and an 11-year-old were playing.

Callari admitted to shooting the gun and said he thought the bullets would not go through the shed.

He is charged with deadly conduct.
