Daniela Martinez is charged with exploitation of a disabled individual, she is an employee of the Abilene State Supported Living Center. .

According to court documents, Martinez did not show up to work for a span of about three days, then came in to work and turned in her work cell phone and four credit cards that were not hers. Police also have video of Matinez using one of the victim's cards in a local store.

The Department of Aging and Disability Services tells Big Country Homepage that the victims are not AbSSLC residents, but the allegations involve residents at another facility where Martinez worked, and that facility is not affiliated with the Abilene State Supported Living Center. .

You guys have messed this story up. While the person in question may or may not have used a disabled person's credit card to make purchases. I do know for a fact that the people who live at the Abilene State Supported Living Center do not have their own personal credit cards. The local media loves to paint all employees of the AbSSLC with a negative brush. It's just not the case.
