This season, Pipes and his fellow coaches comprised a Holiday Resource Guide aimed to invite anyone whose willing to improve their health and jump into a fitness routine. The task is to inspire attainable goals that can motivate people to join CrossFit instead of scaring them off.
CrossFit has many levels for people to participate, and although there are extreme competitions, Pipes says that it's not always rigorous and completely intense.
He acknowledged that CrossFit isn't for everyone, but through the Holiday Resource Guide, it's an easy way to step inside their growing community.
