Deadly Crash in Abilene Claims Life of One Man

The accident happened on Loop 322 and Maple, just before 5 a.m. on Sunday.
The driver was traveling southbound and somehow lost control of his pickup truck and then over-corrected, and rolled.
A witness to the accident said the truck went from one side of the road to the other, and then when the truck was approaching the underpass, he narrowly missed the pillars of the bridge.
Witnesses tell us the driver then went up the embankment, and came back down the rise, and rolled his pickup back onto the road.
The driver was a male in his 20's, no word on his identity yet and police have not said if alcohol was involved.
