Temperatures overnight Sunday night dipped down into the 20s and Monday we should barely get into the 40s for our daytime highs as this Arctic air mass makes its presence felt.
We will be under mostly sunny skies all day long.
It will be clear tonight with the coldest temperatures of the year in the region.
Low temperatures will be right around the 20 degree mark and with the wind, it will feel like we are hovering at 10 degrees.
Tuesday will be a touch warmer as we get southerly winds and should be about 10 degrees warmer, peaking in the low 50s under clear skies.
Warming continues into Wednesday as we will get back into the 60s and see some above average temperatures.
Mid 60s by Thursday and making it into the 70s by Friday with more widespread cloud cover.
Next weekend we should be in the 60s with more clouds on Saturday than on Sunday.
