A Look at APD's new SWAT Vehicle

We have your first look at the brand new SWAT vehicle that the Abilene Police Department is getting.

You probably wouldn't want to see this thing coming for you.

Earlier this year, the Abilene City Council approved spending almost a quarter of a million dollars for the new Lenco BearCat.

Monday, the new SWAT vehicle was sitting in the law enforcement center parking lot.

It's replacing a suburban that was transformed into a SWAT vehicle.
