A total of six teams remain in the top ten this week, but four of them are done for the season.

The two big country teams still playing are the Stamford Bulldogs, (#2) in Class A Div. I, and the Munday Moguls, (#1) in Class A Div. II. The Moguls will take on Wellington (#3) this week in the semifinals. At the same time, Stamford will take on Italy (#7) on Friday night for a birth in the state title game.

Albany (#5), who lost to Munday last week, keeps their spot in Class A Div. I. The Eastland Mavericks (#10) also stay in the top ten in Class 2A Div. I after a defeat at the hands of Wall (#3) last Friday night.

The Goldthwaite Eagles (#10) lost to Stamford's opponent, Italy, Friday night in the Class A Div. I quarterfinals and fell a total of four spots.

The only team to remain in the top ten this week despite not playing at all on Friday night is the Wylie Bulldogs (#9) in Class 3A. They hold their spot after falling six notches last week following a loss to Stephenville (#2).
