The woman at the center of a disturbing child abuse investigation has been indicted by a Taylor County grand jury.

22-year-old Tiffany Klapheke has been indicted on three charges of injury to a child.

In August, police say Klapheke's 22-month-old daughter Tamryn died due to severe neglect at the family's Dyess Air Force Base home.
