The 2nd ranked Stamford Bulldogs and the 7th ranked Italy Gladiators in a Semi-Finals battle in Mineral Wells.
1st Quarter - Hagen Hutchinson finds Dalton Mathis and like that, Stamford up 7-0.
1st Quarter - Stamford threatening again. This time Hutchinson takes it in himself. 14-0 Stamford
2nd Quarter - Marvin Cox's pass is picked off by Isaiah Llewellyn for Stamford.
2nd Quarter - Very next play Hutchinson's pass is intercepted by Cox. Coach Hutchinson thinks he interfered.
2nd Quarter - Stamford strikes again Hutchinson to Bo Wimberly for the touchdown. 21-0 Stamford
2nd Quarter - Italy threatening but Cox is stopped at the goal line by Daniel Medina. Gladiators unable to get another playoff. 21-0 halftime Stamford.
Stamford goes on to win 41-8.
The Stamford Bulldogs are heading back to the State Championship at Cowboys Stadium. They will take on 1)Mart on Thursday at 4pm.
