The Munday Moguls are getting ready for a rematch for the state championship.

Last year, Teneha beat the Moguls at Cowboys Stadium, 52-28, for the crown.

The Moguls will agree that they were beaten by a better team, last year, but they don't think that will happen again this year.

"It adds a different level of excitement to the game. It's definitely a neat storyline that two teams that played for it got back again," said head coach Corcoran.

"It makes us all ready to go. I mean we got embarrassed last year. I'll flat out say it, we got embarrassed last year. Got our teeth kicked in. They played better that day. They were the better football team, and I think we've gotten better since last year. We'll see how they are. I'm ready to see," said Rider Dillard

"It's a really neat story to be playing them again. To have the opportunity to get that state championship against somebody that took it from you," said Corcoran.

The Moguls and the Teneha Tigers play in the 1st game of the weekend at noon in Arlington on Thursday.
